Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can choose COD at checkout, or continue to pay via UPI, credit/debit card, or other available online payment methods.
Yes, we now ship internationally. Your order can be delivered worldwide, and we continue to ship across India as well.
We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery can be expected within 5-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
We accept returns only if the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. A clear unboxing video is required for all return claims. However, we do offer replacements for size issues, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact.
Refunds are only issued if the product is received in damaged condition or if a wrong item was delivered. Refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the return.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we’ll refund your return shipping fee.
In other cases like size exchange, customers are responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs.
